I think, my dears, that every child wants the best for their parents. But parents have the right to their own opinion. If a parent does not want to live anywhere but in their own cottage, that is their will and nothing can be forced and a bitter old age prepared for them. Children certainly think fondly of their parents, even the DT has already viewed the house and they will certainly do the renovation when they recover from the flood damage themselves.

Maia has already answered this question Mom doesn't want to be with anyone and she didn't agree and I understand that, I'm older too and I know that it's better to recover after surgery at home. And the children are with Mom every day with dinner.

Oh Ly Mai, all of that material you got for the railing on the hut is so great, I am really looking forward to seeing that process. I would also get a fridge to keep food in it to last longer and keep it safe. I am hoping that your sweet mom has a good recovery and gets to feeling great, she still looks young, so sweet of you to take her some food and drinks. I’ve seen delivery drivers on other channel’s load and unload things … I think it’s a case of either the person doesn’t want to be filmed or they are not paying them for their part of the video! I just can’t wrap my head around someone being that rude and it happens with every single delivery!

1 father, 3 wives. Can anyone explain why they have different last names? In VN, they should all have the same last name. DT and Kong are "Trieu", while Mai is "Ly". And then there is Hien and the young sister with the baby. Don't know their last name(s). Dau called Mai's mom as 'aunt' in his last video. Shouldn't she be 'step-mom' or something like that? Also, they all live very close to each other. I don't think any one of them live in their 'farm houses'. Dau's farm is right next to the nice house that is just outside his farm - where he always has materials delivered to. Mai's house got displaced and it took a while to rebuild. Where did she live during those days? Same with Kong and his family. These videos are 'productions' but they also reflect their real lives and the things they go through. Mai's mom showed her injuries/surgery when DT visited her.
