Q1> When the refresh of materliazed view s going on and at the same time, if someone tries to query, will user get inconsitent data or null data? Q2>How the incremental change happens inside Oracle? Q3> Instead of complete refresh, should we just drop and recreate the materalized view? Would that be faster? Incremental Vs total refresh Vs Drop & Create Q4> Think of a real life scenario to implement materilaized view answers for them please
