ave 2 questions related to the payment of maternity benefits if you can help 1) it describes daily average wages as per my understanding it has three different meanings i.e. (1) monthly salary /2 (2) monthly salary/30, and (3) Monthly salary/26. into 180 days. So what should we consider? 2) Basic and other components are included only excluded component is LTA. is there anything else to be excluded?
