My son and I are participating in the pilot program. We're just finishing up grade five and Kate will end with grade six this coming school year. It's neat to see people using the curriculum and loving it. While the pilot testers didn't write it we definitely have had a lot of opinions about layout, length of lessons, etc. so it's cool the see the final product being used! My son did th CAT test this year. First time he tested since switching to the pilot program and he was either at or above grade level. Super cool since it was a leap of faith to use a pilot program for his math. It's been wonderful to see him grow in mathematical confidence!

We love our Math With Confidence too! I’m only doing first grade but I appreciate seeing what’s ahead. It’s always helpful to know how things may be different in the higher grades

We just switched to math with confidence this year for my daughter's second grade year. We've only done one lesson so far but I have to say we felt so good at the end of the lesson, it went so smoothly and my daughter really enjoyed it. I'm excited to keep going.

I love the memory part but I’ve not been able to do it!!! My daughter is taking longer on multiplication!!! We have two different colours of base ten unit blocks and use them as counters as well as the blocks!!!

I LOVE the idea of this math curriculum but the implementation for me in real-life just doesn't work. Too many moving pieces. :( I really wanted this to work for my kids but doing three lessons of MWC each day was just too much for me. Do you have all your kids in this math program or just Jack? If you have multiple kids doing this program how are you making it work??!

I’m doing kindergarten MWC and it’s working well for my daughter but I dread doing it because of all the moving pieces. My daughter loves it. I fear the day I need to start it with my son. Have you found anything else that’s similar?

Both of my older kids are currently using it. I typically get one child to do their independent work while I'm doing lessons with the other. It works pretty well for us. :)
