I am by no means a medical professional however it seems as though nothing is really being done. We can see obvious spots on foot that need treatment or extractions and this person is just scraping bits of skin off!

Ramdaly picking here and there these people feet will never get better it's impossible to treat these people feet in one setting. They need weeks of of treatment antibiotics in a clinic or hospital setting. Keep up the good work and may God bless you 🙏🙏🙏
