@MetaMortis21 I'm excited for Witcher 4 as well, but I think people are worried about whether CDPR will deliver, guven the launch state of CP2077 and their modern audience DEI advertisements on their web site. I think that if Phantom Liberty is anything to go off of, it'll be just fine, if not amazing. Hopefully, they give it the time to cook it needs. Ciri will be great, and for those crying about the way Ciri looks, touch grass.

Witcher 4 makes me very, very nervous despite originally excited for a game with Ciri as the MC. Ciri is physiologically NOT a witcher. Witcher potions would kill her, and while she can perform "magic" related to her elder blood gift, she has essentially no magical abilities otherwise to the point that she can't perform witcher signs. Game developers could have easily made skills related to swordplay and her elder blood abilities rather than resorting to alchemy and signs which SHE CANONICALLY CANT DO. Besides those lore inaccuracies, I'm even more concerned that they are going to try (and fail) to thrust Geralt's personality and behavior onto Ciri. She doesn't need that.

I watched the video preview of Dawnwalker , and the lady mentioned which perspective the game would be , I believe she said the third person perspective , but her accent was a bit strong and I couldn’t be sure if she said third person or first person .
