but what about the horizontal asymptote at X=0, did you ignore it, since we have an intercept at X=0 ?

hmmm I think you mean horizontal asymptote at y = 0. There is an intercept / point at x = y = 0 aka at the origin: (0, 0). And you can't have a horizontal asymptote at an x-value, those are vertical asymptotes not horizontal.
