Just to correct you dear sir; In Q#2 Rank is 4; Number of non zero rows left after echelon form that is called rank. so for linear dependence and independence there is something which needs correction in your lectures; If rank = number of tupples then in that case given vectors will be linearly independent; if rank is less than number of tupples then vectors would be linearly dependent.

Yes you are right👍 But 4 > 3( no. of unknowns) the result will also be the same as 3=3 . Means the system has trivial solution. So the vectors are linearly independent. 🤙
