Yes because Matheran is a hill station and in my understanding Muncipal Council of Matheran isnt inclined for construction at the hill station due to environmental concerns.

Har broker aapko pleasant, hasta hua aur well behaved nazar aayega. Video me apne commission ya kamai ka source ya amount nahi batayenge ulta bolenge buyer se bilkul paisa nahi lete😝😁🤣par ye itna bada jhooth hai jitna chand savere dikhega aur Suraj raat ko. Buyer bhi bewakoof hai jo inki baaton me aate hai. Under Construction flats me 😔🥴 ye dalal logon ko commission builder deta hai booking par and ultimately aapke Jeb se hi builder nikalta hai kyonki aapke final price me ye built in rehta hai chahe buyer maane ya na maane. Ye gorak dhanda saalon se chal raha hai aur Neral alag nahi hai. Aap dekhiye, note kijiye video me builder ko ya construction ko ya quality ko kabhi kharab nahi batayega. Even possession time ko chota karke over promise karega. Jo builder nahi banakar dega vo bhi dalal promise karega apni chikni chupdi baaton se. Aapko station se two and fro gaadi me transportation dega. Sachai ye hai 🤣 Inka koi role hota hi nahi in quality of construction, timely completion and amenities. Ye expert hai jhootha mahaul banane me. Buyer nadan tha aur rahega. 90 % cases me buyer builder se directly milta bhi nahi aur in jal saazon ko trust karta hai. Agar project delay hua, amenities nahi mila poora to ye 😊 kuch nahi kar sakenge. Even advance payment ke baad agar aapko koi karan booking cancel karna hai to ye log builder se refund bhi nahi dilayenge. 😲😠🙏Ye sab jaankari kabhi aapko Agent nahi batayega😨 Agar aap bank loan ya finance company se unke through loan karenge to vo commission bhi bank se lenge. 😵🤬 Unka role aapko project par le jana convince karna aur booking / advance pmt karvana, loan unke bank se liya to jo bank maangegi vo documentation bank ko dilwana yehi kaam hai 😄Video me note karna dalal kabhi RERA number nahi batayega aur project ka naam bhi.😜

Well you are absolutely right. But why will anyone open an office spend capital on rent electricity and salaries. It's on a customer's bargaining skill how much he or she can save. But when someone takes the entire building for sale then they get brief about how the construction is planned and it's quality. People pay prices for not cross validating and doing basic checks. I have made a few videos about this, please refer those videos as well.
