I agree. It is one of the most well put together tracks I've heard. Who says techno can't be beautiful!! This track proves them wrong.

this is one of my favourites form uncle Mathew, I still remember when came in 2004 to Valencia to to his first gig outside Canadá....yes Valencia was the firt place....and it was the place where he played for the first time FOLDING SPACE...Falko Brocksieper, owner of substati, Cologne, Germany was there with us and decide to have the song for his label....old great times for me !!!

This track is absolutely beautiful. If there is a heaven, this is what I imagine it would sound like when my spirit is leaving my body and soaring towards the bright light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm a big fan of MJ in general but this has to be one of my favorites. Very subtle track but it never gets boring. It would do justice on the afterparty just as well as during peaktime. I think I will have to buy a second copy of this 12" at some point as I've played my current one over an over again.

I agree, he always keeps your attention, mainly by just modulating and bringing in and out different lines... easier said than done! How effective, for instance, is the little cymbal crash at 2:47, followed by re-introduction of the opening chord sequence and some extra snare beats! That section gives things a fresh momentum after a quieter passage, but it's so understated and economical- precisely in keeping with the trance-like qualities of the track. At 9:16 he goes up an octave, returning down again at 9:47, keeping us interested in a simple yet elegant way. Everything weaves together so smooothly. Beautiful. :@)
