im using a mac and when i try using bluetooth, it says the keyboard "cannot be used until it is identified". then it says "Press the key immediately to the right of the Shift key on the left side of the keyboard". I tried pressing Shift or Z but both didn't work, any idea how to solve this?

Hello again. I recently bought your keyboard, everything was fine. But yesterday she began to work abnormally. The buttons are pressed by themselves. I thought it was something with the software, rebooted the keyboard in the application. But then I found out that almost the entire bottom row of buttons does not work. From the left Shift, to the up arrow. I took off the caps, cleaned them next to the switches and they seemed to work. But I still didn't understand why this happened and what to do if it only helped for one day. Do you know what the problem is? The keyboard was not filled with anything.
