Great vid! As someone who came through this, I can definitely say that everything comes with purpose, and after that, you come out better in one way or another. It's good to see this type of content, so more athletes in a similar situation will know how to deal with such injuries and know they're not alone. 🌟 Wishing a great recovery to Yaad, I am certain he'll be back. 🙏 Good luck Mathew in achieving more sports goals and no more injuries. 🍀

Right now I am trying to get better at both climbing and street lifting and have learned some things. I am using a method where I do street lifting training like dips but on my rest period I strengthen my fingers by using a hangboard or pinch block with a loading pin. You can also maybe try to do street lifting and climb on rest periods but if you do that you might want to have a little rest where you are not climbing since climbing can be a bit tiring.

Is getting injured during training like this Mathew a good and healthy example for us as calisthenics? I don't understand why you admire his lack of inconsistency and frivolity? For calisthenics, health and stable progress are more important than questionable records and serious injuries.

All I got from watching the video is that nobody's bicep is safe when doing weighted or body weight calisthenics
