Thanks for this makes a world difference. Ordered some rubber pistol grip going to stick it to the back of the grip.

I got a brand new/hold over 2016 Halon 7 from my local shop December 2020 and at first the custom FlatBack grip I couldn’t stand!! “I shot just ok with” After a year of repeated use.., The grip naturally wore to the shape of my natural grip and feels great now. Took over a year but it feels now the way I wish it came .

Thank's man! I've been tosing this idea around for a few day's and figured I would check KZbin and see if anyone has done it. I do a lot of stippling on Glocks and hadn't thought of that aspect...Great idea man!

I always shot the shrewd delrin grip on older Mathews...Mathews one flaw is the grip I’ve never been a fan. Gotta have defined edges and some kind of shelf up top to keep your hand from sliding up for me. Really prefer a machined grip like pse or prime etc. don’t care for molded grips that go over a cut out like Mathews

I may have to try that. The factory V3 grip is too flat for me. A flat back causes inconsistency in my grip. A rounded grip is much better and more consistent. Thanks for the tip.

No problem

Rounded back grip causes the grip to roll in your palm causing torquing issues. The stock engage grip has rounded back

Bought a v3x and I'm struggling with wrist twist. I'm going to do a little sanding tomorrow hopefully it helps. Thanks for the tips.

Pulled mine off and just wrapped some hockey tape on it. Wrist torque instantly went away.

Really interesting idea. I have huge hands and installed the Bee real grip and I am not sure if I'm sold on it yet, to be honest. I didn't like the round back of that clutch grip as well. I may just try that out and see what happens. GREAT VID

Same here man. The shills have been marketing it so badly. Paid 130€ to have a 5$ ABS mold shipped to sweden lol. Only to realize it isn’t worth the money, not to mention it’s forces you to hold a high wrist grip which according to pros isn’t suited for most people. Perhaps sideplates is the best option.

Thanks man. Need to try something, my new V3 is squirrelly as all get out. Can’t get a consistent grip, and I am struggling and frustrated.

The stock engage grip is horrible. I run side plates on my V3-31 and my V3X-29. Never liked the engage grip. My hand rolls in it because the back of the grip is radiused

Did you find taking off the grip and shooting off the riser made the draw length feel long or did it not make a difference?
@jayonez1372 жыл бұрын
@@toddlymburner5783 It definitely made my DL little bit longer I was feeling on the long side to begin with since Mathews run long. It was easily corrected by going down 1/2” on my DL. Accuracy is what counts. I did not mind losing a couple FPS by going down 1/2” on mods
