Respectfully, Mecc just f*cked up. He brushed over the marketing team of "Trauma-selling" artists. They're cool. They're just trying to feed their families. He's excusing them and saying Trap Lore Ross is a more negative element than them. That's crazy! I agree that a marketing team's intention may not be destructive. Mecca has given Trap Lore Ross that same courtesy. Which I also agree with. But how does Trap Lore Ross bare more accountability than a negative rapper's marketing team? Those are the driving force in packaging the ugly material to be "sexy" enough for mass consumption. They'd be way more accountable than the person who took what THEY greatly helped to get poppin', and told the story of.

He's stated he's gone off on label execs and artists same way he's holding Trap accountable right now. Mecc is stressing that good intentions have repercussions and repercussions aren't always positive. Because Trap is on the outside looking in thinking he's doing good, its more than likely doing the opposite effect on the ground.

It’s not TLR‘a fault for people being more in to crime. He lays the story out and puts it out there, the people are already famous, they’re already trying to get the people they’re trying to off, TLR isn’t fanning the flames and there aren’t any real consequences for making a KZbin video about a situation that was happening before the video and will continue after the video. The Video doesn’t make things worse, or better, it has an indifferent effect. No one is being killed because the man made a video about the situation. The consumer has more of a responsibility (along with a number of other factors) because THEY make it popular to begin with, not Ross’ KZbin video. Ross gets a very, very small percentage of views compared to the artists he covers and the majority of people watching the vid were already fans of Von or whoever.
