I’m a prime example of staying down till the come up. I came home to absolutely nothing! My mother passed while I was incarcerated & when I came out there was nothing waiting for me. I still had 3 years of probation to go into but I chose to do what got me in there in the first place. I just didn’t go as hard. Literally, 2 months before I was set for release from probation I caught a case. My PO stemmed from CT but I was living in NY, & they were dying to violate me & send me to max out. My P.O. caught a liking to me & basically refused to violate me. She stalled them & managed to get me released with no problems. Due to the pandemic the courts weren’t killing niggaz unless you committed a violent crime. They basically gave me a slap on the wrist & sent me on my way. I took that as a sign from the universe, left NY, left the game, left my past life behind. Today I have a job, a home, a car, my wife, & I’m on my way to greater things (god willin). Take the signs. Take the hints that life/ the universe is going to give you. & don’t be scared to be behind a bit. Some times being behind is to avoid what’s coming to those ahead of you. Never play catch-up & move at your own pace. May god bless you all & stay strong 💪🏽💯‼️

Maino is always a great interview, but this might be his best interview ever. Definitely one of the best interviews I've seen on Expert Opinion. Math Hoffa is in a zone. His supporting cast need to stay for each episode going forward. Maino's story is very inspirational and unique. He's very smart and strategic which is why he's accomplished so much since being home.

I believe that Manio had a divine intervention. Personally, back in the day Manio was not a person I've gravitated to in a personally way. I will say Manio hard. I respect the game that comes from a brother like him. His story sound like he never had a powerful male presence in his life...that can do something to young black boy transitioning into man. I also want to say to Manio, you found the torch. The light of that torch will remain burning as long as you continue going down those dark paths. Because you come from that era, hard realistic encounters your commandments reach a whole entire group of fans. You know your worth now. keep'em coming. you've created longevity. stay in Power my brotha!

Drill is about the doubling up of the beat and hitting it with verbal cadence and/or dance. Im from the midwest, Chicago & Twin-Cities. Drill teams were a big part of some of my friends’ lives. A sergeant leads similar to an army brigade… Drill Rap comes from that. The content of these rapper’s songs is sad but we arent killing Drill. Ever. We actually need more drill teams and to make it popular to dance again. Thats why I can appreciate the music.
