We played this at Milton Keynes one year , we came second overall but were personally thanked for playing this piece so well by the adjudicator ......none other than Mr Goff Richards himself , a super nice chap who catted with us all .........a brilliant composer , very sadly missed . Have to say , i love this bands playing of it , Goff Richards would be very pleased .

Barnard Castle is a market town in the English county of Durham. County Durham is the ancient Land of the Prince Bishops. The town lies, predominantly, on the northern bank of the great River Tees.
