That will be the first matter to be dispensed with. My earlier comment was in response to your comment that it was a state prosecution. And my response was " how else do you expect a person facing a charge of criminal nature to be prosecuted"?? A thief can only be prosecuted by the state, because it is a case of criminal nature.
