The defendant didn't know the meaning of intimate. SHE LOOKS ABOUT 17 SO IF THEIR DAUGHTER IS 10.SHE MUST HAVE BEEN 13 WHEN SHE HAD HER DAUGHTER. NEIGHBORS NEED TO MIND THEIR BUSINESS UNLESS THERE IS SIGNS OF ABUSE OR LIFE THREATENING OR CHILD ENDANGERING. The neighbor has her eyes on the defendant for herself. Why do women stay with these men and come to court with petty grievances. They need counseling or criminal court. Or just separate and divorce. They come to court to air their dirty laundry or just to be on television. Judge Mathis is becoming annoying. Why is it none of these litigants actually get a divorce. Judge Mathis this is a new age. Apartments are majestic and it is easy for people to have relationships in the same apartment complex. Most are now accessible from the back.side and front entrances Some complexes have gated entrance and pass codes to get in each unit. This was a ridiculous case. Judge doesn't let the litigants always explain. Why does he yell and badger the litigants. He also favors pretty young women and usually nice looking men. This was a ridiculous case. Is this small claim court. BALIFS should be quiet, like the audience should be. Judge everyone is not scum. The plantif should have never gone to the women's apartment unless she had the police with her or took pictures. Women will use any opportunity to take someone's mate.and so will men.if they are those type of people. Judge your wife wouldn't be caught anywhere in that outfit.

Is the defendant in the 2nd case. Really on a dance team REALLY!! Texting, emails voice emails are still proper. I can't believe the defendant is on a dance team. Judge is annoying. The plantif missed her flight because she was late getting to the airport. Also the dance team REALLY should have put the plantif's name on the list to get in the facility. She probably could have danced.. The defendant is jealous. First if you belong to any organization. You should be able to get hotel rooms. This sounds like a sorority event.

What people are missing about the grandma case is she already lied about her daughter’s situation. Made it seem like the daughter did NOTHING AT ALL for her child and the daughter gave her clothes and $150. On top of that the child was with her alll weekend then she said the child was nappy headed and decided to buy an expensive hairstyle. She seemed hateful and vindictive.
