Wow this is great! I had always heard of the every 60 you should get a gold item but I didn't realize it was such a sure thing on the 200 mathom event chest like this. I was real close to the 120 pull and decided to use some gems and boom I received a Rangers Shroud. Couldn't be happier 😁

yeah also works on regular chest, but regular chest keeps memory of where you are at, while event chest have no memories

it means if you do 30 regular today and 30 tomorrow you'll reach your overall 60. if you do legend of gondor during season 11 30 and you do another 30 in legend of gondor in s12 you won't get your gold item @@62418

@@62418 normal chests keep track of all your pulls, like when you pulled your last gold, etc. for these event chests, they have no such record since they are removed and added in, so cant really track the items you get.

This only applies to gold items right? No purple guaranteed every 5 as with regular mathoms

Not as far as I am aware, though with the odds in the chests it’s still very very likely you do get a purple equip or respect item

@@TheHJWgaming I tested it out today in Mystery of Mirkwood chest, pulled a gold gear exactly each on 60th and 120th pulls. So yeah this mercy timer also works on server progress chests!

Depends if you want the guaranteed purple, with chance of gold, every 5 or guaranteed gold at 60.

Actually the regular chest is guaranteed a gold pill every 60 pulls. I’ve verified it plenty of times. Issue is if you at example 45 when update happens it resets. Or if you go to bagend etc. otherwise it’s same as event.

Does the 60 count reset when you pull a gold? For example, if I pull a gold on pull #35 will the next guaranteed item be pull #95?

From me testing, no it doesn’t. The 60th pull will always be gold equipment.

I always thought the guaranteed 60 was on all chests , plus the drop rate for gold gear statistically should be around 1 every 45 mathoms.
