I am a dropper and My two months ( September and October) is completely wasted due to my OCD Disease 😔 ..maine November mid se thora syllabus complete karna chalu kra tha....uske phle sirf kuch hi chapters kiye the PCM me..abhi mocks me bhi ache marks nhi aa rhe hai....mai padh to rha hu daily ..bahut demotivate hone ke bawjud ..mai ghar se bahr bhi nhi nikalta ...so that mera ocd phir trigger n hojaye ..usse study me problem hoti h .this OCD disease affected my preparation significantly...and also gave so much mental stress ..My drop year would be successful if I did not get OCD ....dekhte aage kya hota hai😔😔😔

I have OCD since Class 6 it has decreased significantly in the last 2 years, but still troubles me little bit while studying. Problem is worst when you get OCD during mocks. I know the pain of OCD. If you don't know then I'll suggest you ERP(Exposure and Response prevention) i.e. don't do anything when the OCD hits, no response to these compulsions, let the thought go. It will be difficult but you have to do it else it will not go away. And one secret tip which massively helped me was chanting the Hare Krishna mahamantra, it did cure my OCD to 90%. You connect with God and he shall help you.

Good evening Sir. I have given my best throughout the preparation phase and I am scoring 100+ Marks in mock tests with ease. But I am not able to push it above 150, I have refined the priority topics but not all topics come in mock tests and some of my weak chapters carry weightage so I leave them unattempted. Now I am confused upon how to improve and take my score above 180. I have studied everything but some of the chapters are weak, especially in Maths. Rest assured for the revision part, I have been improving my shortnotes daily and have revised syllabus almost 5 times now. Just Mock test score improvement is needed.
