SB In a two- tailed test, when looking at the larger side, you have to add one, as X>=17 is the same as 1 - X=

If it's a two-tailed test you half the critical region, and since 4.33% is bigger than 2.5% he chose the one before it.

@@TechnicallyFootballOfficial because it is two tailed you divide the significance level by 2 which in this case is 5% so half it would be 2.5%.
