Why is it that community college professors are always the best at teaching? Professor Leonard, this channel and in my real life personal experience as well having gone to both a community college and a regular college after. Thank you for this video. What took my professor an hour of incoherent rambling you explained perfectly in half the time. Now these problems are light work

I've actually tested that Law with a cup of coffee and it's amazing how well it Predicts Future Value, be it Temps or times or whatever.. :) by the way.. you have great Penmanship !
