As a Chennai native, my favorite breakfast when I moved to Agra for work in 2001 was this dish which is called Bedmi Aloo with Puri. The poori served with it has a distinct texture and flavor.

I remember eating this dish in donnai in Mathura railway station in 1976.Paid 25 paise for 5 pooris with sabji hot and tasty.
