However, it was Mandy that immediately ran to Nick shortly after it was uploaded to make him aware of it. Which resulted in the clip removal. On KF page 1716 is a screenshot of a DM by Mandy to Nick. (Nothing more loyal than a beaten dog like Mandy running back to her master, Nick.)

One of three things is happening here and I'm not entirely sure which but none point towards a healthy monogamous relationship. Good on Josh explaining why you're at risk at getting DMCA'd. I saw people in the KF thread whining about Elissa being disingenuous that she doesn't need to take the clip down because it contained edits. Simple edits that just keep things on topic and brief do not make clips "transformative" which is the actual criteria for fair use protection. Like Josh mentioned, it needs something such as commentary to be considered transformative. Sargon of Applebee's famously won a case in which an unedited clip was ruled in fair use. However, that particular clip has criticism/commentary in the title and description. Despite what the wine moms say, Elissa's clips are pretty neutral. Compare them to my videos which are much more abrasive and contain back to back clips used as commentary. Elissa does have videos comparable to this, but the Mandy clip is not one of them.
