i was amanda thripp in a professional production of this at my local professional theatre and i can tell you... this was so draining and hard. i remember after all of this we would go backstage and just CHUG that water and PANT like dogs. i had a really heavy wig on and i almost passed out from heat exhaustion lol

I was in a community theatre production of this, and it was insane. I was a big kid, so I didn’t even go on until the clapping part in the bridge, but it was still exhausting. Nevertheless, it was my favorite number to perform every night.
