does the order matter for which comes first between the 'plot' command or the 'xlabel/title'? I noticed if I try putting the title and label in editor before declaring plot, it doesn't add the name to my graph

Hi I've a question about matlab simulink when I run a code, there are message "MATLAB cannot run this file because c:\~~~ shadows it. delete shadowing file and try again" what's the problem? And why this happen??
