It gets very tiresome folks referring to a permission card from the magistrate to drive as a license, that's all a driving "license" is permission from the magistrate to be able to travel just try to travel in a vehicle without a permission card from the magistrate, again a license in reality is no more than a permission card from the magistrate we are supposed to be a republic not a government of permissions.
