She took All Purpose Flour (called Maida), salt to taste, cumin seeds (your choice to add or not) and carom seeds (good for taste and good for your stomach health), oil and water. She mixed all the dry ingredients first and then added oil and mixed it in dry ingredients with 1-2 minutes massage. Then added water in very small amounts to make the dough. The dough should not be too soft or too hard but harder than the roti or pizza dough for example. Then roll it thin and cut into long rectangle shapes as you can see in the video. Last fry them on low-medium heat until they are golden brown. You can serve these snacks with tea or coffee. Eat with any pickle. And can store outside in a air tight container for about 3-4 weeks or until the freshness last. I hope this helps.😊

she said to make Matri we need a bowl of all purpose flour, 1 spoon of carom seeda, 1 spoon of cumin seeds and 2 small ladles of oil then mix thise ingredients with hands to mix well after that you add little bit of water as to make a dough but make sure it should be like a tight dough coz with that matri will be perfect .so besides that you should roll this dough while rolling keep in mind that it should not be so thin then you cut em with pizza cutter and deep fry them afterwards.
