Hey Marc.. thanks. The problem with some of these builds, they seem to take forever. The next build is totally our design. It's an update to the vu meter. We have been working on it for weeks, And still working on it fine tuning it and adding to it. Which is hard when.you have little time. .. that's why I understand with this project how much effort has gone into it, and full credit had to be given to Daniel. Our original release will be in Hex format to start with. It will save hassle with libraries. And will stop it being ripped off by certain people.

If you add temperature and pressure measurement. It'll be great. You can change the color depending on these parameters. +2 modes of effects.

I need just hours and minutes digits, what part of code should I edit. Please help. This looks amazing. I want to have one too, but the second digits are a little distracting.
@cine-lights3 жыл бұрын
in the version 6 of the code change this line to this.... 4 being 4 digits, if you wanted 6 then obviously you would change it to 6 ..#define LED_DIGITS 4

Is there a way I can add temperature digits too? A little help, please.

Many, many thanks for this! Maybe I should stop doing any pictures at all and just let you do the presentation of my things... ;-D As I've seen the question in the comments, here's the dimensions of the Grid Clock v2: *XT (3 Modules, as shown in the video):* 490.2mm x 130.1mm x 32.1mm (47.1mm including feet) 27x6 (162 LEDs) *2 Modules:* 340.2mm x130.1mm x 32.1mm (47.1mm including feet) 18x6 (108 LEDs) The biggest part to print is 170.1mm x 130.1mm x 18.5mm. The electronics case will fit stuff up to 40mm x 70mm x 15mm.

I loved the finished item of this one. I have the original 7 segment clock on the wall and made 2 others for friends. Both equally a great design. So thank you for sharing it with us.

what are the dimensions?
@cine-lights5 жыл бұрын
This version is 490 x 130 mm. As with most of Daniels designs you can print and make this without the seconds. so just hours, and minutes. so it would be obviously be smaller.

@@cine-lights I would like to build it, but I have many clocks, including matrix led, propeller cloc, infinity mirror clock and many more. great work!
