@@brianschultz7320 I can't entirely agree. “Awakening” can totally change the personality structure. Our personalities are deeply shaped by experience, and when you awaken, you can shape your personality despite circumstances. Everything becomes internally regulated. Meaning, if your personality used to be depressed and pessimistic, once you realize your power and worth, that can obviously change. This is what's called Self Actualization. I would suggest Dr. Joe Dispenza's work for scientific clarity and examples. But I will say if you were silly and sarcastic “before” awakening, that would still trend on. It just becomes conscious. ☺️✨

I think what I just experienced felt like an awakening. I was scrolling through my instagram feed, and I saw this bodybuilder with his pregnant wife and child. Jealousy instantly arose in me, and I began my usual self-pity story. However, I just laid there and felt the intense pain and gradually opened myself to it. Once the resistance completely dropped, I felt these amazing waves of love and bliss. It just kept coming over and over, I started repeating this mantra in my head: "How lovely, how lovely." Because that's what I truly felt. I immediately felt so much overwhelming love for the bodybuilder and his family; the jealousy was gone. At one point, my eyes began to roll back in my head because of the bliss, and then I started laughing 😂. It is just so amazing.

As a computer scientist, those zeros are actively information and tangible data, and not emptiness, per se. The intended point came across fine, regardless. Assorted classic zen remarks about form and emptiness persist because they're profoundly simple phrasings; it's extremely tricky to metaphor form and emptiness interpenetrating. So many people come over-attached to form, that pointing out emptiness is the natural response 90% of the time. I don't think we're emptiness, however. Any more than we're form. We're not emptiness or form. We're not even both at once, or neither. We're something harder to word, not form, not emptiness, not both, not neither. There's just sort of a happening, a mystery continually unfolding, the time-being in array. I don't have a better metaphor. As a here and there occasional watcher, I think you may have a slight tendency to over-correct people towards emptiness because everyone's usually over-attached to form, that's tricky to balance out to a truly paradoxical verbal magic that knocks people sideways as if sliding them on to an unexpected 5th dimension axis out of the form-emptiness paradox into being dumbfounded by whatever it is we actually are. Anyway, you're doing a pretty great job with conjuring up adhoc words. Tapping on people's eggs with word magic to see if they're ready to hatch is a very strange hyper-dimensional art. Thanks for the videos. It's marvelous these chats have no particular agenda, nothing to win or lose, just the sheer passion of "this is possible for you" shining through that rescues every phrase and metaphor.

Thanks Anna, your videos are great. Can you please answer this question in the next video if it's possible? How to deal with diseases of the body that last a long time. Doctors can offer nothing but pills and surgery. I myself have been meditating constantly, in non-dual teachings for more than 10 years, but the state of the body affects emotions, constant depression, a meditative state does not help in any way. I try to use the pain and discomfort of the body to practice the observation of observer, to tap to the source. Does it happen that after enlightenment it is possible to change your own reality and heal the body? Thank you again

I want to turn this one into a t-shirt or bumper sticker, “Always remember to look from it not for it.” Also, “Where’s your gaze? If it’s outside of you, you’re looking at an echo of your past.” Such wisdom reminds us to connect to our passion which taps into the deeper source of creativity and guides self-expression. The reality we perceive is indeed the (spatio-temporal) manifestation of limitless consciousness expressed through our limited body-mind-self. So I'm not sure if this may seem strange to say, but I've been trying to understand Quantum Physics, or what it is, and I'm feeling like I'm finally starting to understand what they are saying. It's like it's been right there the whole time but, just like those "magic eye images", it takes a while of focus before you can kinda start to see the picture. What I wanted to say was that I don't think I would have understood what you just said if it wasn't for my new paradigm.
