Banger episode, thank you for your hard work! I haven't seen many videos with Suwabe in them so it's cool to see that he's as chad as the characters he voices. The only help that I think I can offer is some of the general context at 24:58. As someone who watched Shokugeki, all the comments about Hayama Akira made by Suwabe made a lot of sense. I can totally see why Suwabe was drawn to and describes Hayama as voraciously ambitious, as in the story he was started off as an orphan living in the slums and worked his way up to being one of the top chefs at the academy through his hard work, talent, and support from Jun. Jun is the researcher at Toutsuki who adopted him and brought him to Japan so Hayama feels indebted to her and works hard for her as an assistant aiding her research in spices. Their strong bond with each other is why they are referred to as a set.

Something I realized while watching these three rascals interact with each other: Suwabe is remarkably expressive with his words and actions while Okamoto can efficiently blend in. However, Matsuoka, being who he is, just really wanted to stash his existence away into a tiny box and observe from afar. If the presence of Suwabe wasn't there, Matsuoka would've totally been forcing himself to stay engaged with Okamoto the entire time and would've left the set extremely fatigued. Poor, poor Matsuoka. But, that's what makes him adorable.
