ファンタスティック! Matsuoka's Restaurant really is a gold mine of quality content, thank you for your hard work! As for the joke at 4:30. I think HISHOko sounds like HISAko Arato(Oonishi's character) so it's kinda like a pun of sorts. The joke is to not mix up her name with her position as a secretary since hisho(秘書), as you explained, means secretary. The parts that you thought you got wrong don't seem all that wrong to me, but that's coming from a guy whose Japanese isn't very good. 7:28,10:33,17:45 I would be even more confused than you if I were to attempt translating these. 26:12 Literal translation here makes sense to me. This is just my speculation but at this Matsuoka is just backing up Oonishi here with "cuz she said so" and Oonishi thought he was gonna say more like "cuz she said so, High Flying Chef should do xxx". Matsuoka sometimes just says things that are hard even for his fellow co-workers/actors to understand all the time anyway so. 34:31 Guessing the meaning of this part by myself, I would I have assumed that Matsuoka meant Oonishi should get scolded by Minami for that impression of her (if that was an impression of her).
