This conflict was initiated as she failed to show the proper respect to the village guardian in which they interpreted her actions as hostile. Here we see Matsuri engage in a revenge killing by murdering an entire village's occupants, all of which were unarmed civilians. We also see her engage in torture of her victims through prolonging their death as well as psychological means. In addition, we also see her partake in theft and looting of the village property. Matsuri has committed 3 instances of war crimes.

I disagree. Most of the victims were sleeping at the time of their deaths. This is a clear case of murder against a civilian populous, a textbook war crime. In addition to war crimes, by instigating the conflict in the first place she has committed an act of crime against peace.

The village golem was of great cultural, spiritual and religious significance to the religion and was respected by the villagers. By giving it a pat, she broke some of the most important traditions held by the village. She should have been more aware of the rules and customs of the village she was entering which initially welcomed her as a guest. Her disregard for their customs was what started the conflict. How would you feel if an outsider entered your village with such disrespect and disregard for your traditions and culture? She must stand trial in front of the ICC.

If you watch the whole thing, there's basically foreshadowing. She keeps hitting things and aggroing them on accident from the get go. First It's a bee... then even Chihauhua gets hit on accident and attacks her, almost killing her twice before she tames him. That's why she was so attached, and it was funny that she gave him the name Chihuhua after he almost killed her twice. She's been doing this long enough where I think she was playing sloppy on purpose to make it more entertaining, especially considering it's a hardcore mode play.
