Love the river Trent, being 50 now, I've witnessed the changes in our river systems over the years, and to be able to get a great days fishing on both the river Trent and Don is such a joy for me as an angler. A great angler with a good net of natural venue fish...cheers.

One of best venues on trent is bestthorpe tidal.. carp 30lb plus... barbel 15lb plus.. chub6lb plus.. big pike pog ten fishing upstream on the sandbank night fishing
