I am curious if you're going to essentially mount the bolts to the seat bracket and then use the nut from the underside of the car? which should be easier just more than likely just remove the side skirt and reach over with a 10 or 11mm and undo them from there unless this car sits hella low even on a big boi tire

I drilled a hole in the rear panel where the stock gas tank normally sits, with nice rubber plugs. This way we remove the plugs and unthread the seat bolts with ease

After catching up on this series it has me kinda curious, are most FD drivers this involved with the build of the car as you are or do some guys have teams that build their car and they just drive it essentially?

Same, I have a feeling they all are, every single one of them seems to know all the small details on their cars, RTR and Papadakis are the only teams that look to have full crews just for car building. Could be wrong but that’s what I see

Yea at this point the sport isn’t as big as f1 or nascar so the drivers are much more involved. The programs are owned and ran by the drivers
