I was a 18 years old when i watched tommy boy with my family ,we were rolling on the floor laughing. 20 years later CHRIStmas 2020 i watched tommy boy with my wife and kids we were rolling on the floor laughing ,but i cried a little cause i still miss chris so much ,but to see his comedy stay hilariously funny and timeless is comforting, to see my kids love his antics and genius means he will always be a part of our lives .

Bob Odenkirk (Better call Saul) created Matt Foley for Chris Farley. The sketch he did with Phil Hartman, Christina Applegate and David Spade is arguably the greatest SNL sketch of all time. Incredibly sad he died at 33.

Wrong. Matt Foley was a character Chris came up with himself. He used to do the character in Chicago with Second City. In the documentary it even mentions "he had a character he wanted to do on SNL.... He had done it in Chicago...." Bob Odenkirk may have wrote the SCRIPT for that episode but Matt Foley was Chris's own creation. In the documentary we actually meet the REAL Matt Foley who is a Catholic Priest who Chris knew and Chris named the character after.

Neither is true, his final sketch was on All That with Kenan Thompson as a chef that uses ketchup on everything. I remember watching it when it originally aired and thinking Chris looked absolutely terrible. I was only 10 years old. I wasn't shocked when he died, just sad. Years later I found out he showed up at Nickelodeon Studios Orlando with a prostitute around each arm and they nearly called the whole thing off, but in the end decided to film the scene.

It's interesting, Google lists that as January 1997. I swore up and down that was October 1997. Maybe I had seen it as a re-run while he was still alive. If so, I was wrong, and the El Nino sketch would be his final. But you often see the All That appearance listed as his final TV appearance, so i'm a bit confused. I've lived my life for a long time thinking that Chris Farley's last on screen TV appearance was the one with Kenan Thompson.

The funniest, cool, understanding people, are usually the most broken and have endured incredible trauma. We choose to be positive, amusing and entertaining, bc we love other people so much that we only want to bring positivity and joy to others. It’s a harsh reality, but some of us were sent here with the sole purpose being to live selflessly and heal others. When we aren’t in tune and on board with our purpose, things can quickly and easily take a dark change, as we isolate, pump our bodies full of chemicals, and wonder why we must endure such brutality. I can completely understand why he made the choices he did. I wish he hadn’t, but I can understand. With all that being said, I hope this message finds you and your family well, healthy, happy and content in every way. We should all use these tragic events as warnings, and put serious effort into the people in our lives. You never truly know what someone’s going through. So why not be warm, loving, compassionate, empathetic and kind? Repeatedly telling and showing those we love, that we do! May you and your family be blessed beyond measure, RamirezProductions.

Then I went on with my day and later that evening she told me that he did indeed die that day and asked how I knew. I didn't. It was just something I thought. I have no idea why I said that. The recordings of Chris Farley’s comedy are the only way we can see him so it’s great that he did leave himself a legacy. Over the top and “Down by the river !!!”

I'm pretty sure that Farley's pants weren't supposed to split at 2:33 and that he ad-libbed that line about splitting his shorts.

Binging on CF SNL video, he was the best. Can't stop laughing. This was my favorite character, by far. CF said in a TV interview, that the sudden outbursts were based on his father, calm then shouting. Happy Holiday to everyone 🇺🇸✌️

It’s sad because you can actually Tell he’s Using and he’s just trying to get through it and they are all fully immersed in that reality . I’ve been playing a gig Before where I was reunited with my former band Mates and was so messed up that I was doing lines on My snare drum in Between songs and totally gone.. that was my last show with the band I joined after the band I was in before that has all come Together to play a series of shows as a sublime Tribute . I am glad I’ve moved past it . However , cocaine addiction is brutal as are all Addictions relatively, long story short…. I’m pretty disappointed with my Life and the choices I’ve made . Helping people like me Is the only thing that really eases my soul. Thanks for reading . As for trolls ,‘it’s all Good
