Yes - it is with an app called Periscope. The cast of Critical Role tweet out when they are doing a Periscope, with a link. They do them irregularly, and our fan-run channel collects and edits and uploads them on KZbin for if someone missed them live! (Also, because the app is a little glitchy, so sometimes we have to fix audio desynch issues or the like within the native Periscope recording).

You don't need the app. When they share the link on Twitter (which is where they announce all their periscopes) you just click on that and can watch it on your computer. As a computer user you cannot comment/ask questions, for that you need the app. They don't announce before hand when they are going to periscope, so you need to follow them on Twitter (at least Matt and Liam) and be lucky enough to be checking your Twitter when they announce it.
