Mr. Mint is a very tall woodsman, somewhat shy, but artful and crafty, and he tends to not really associate himself with the other companions or get involved in the politics and business of Candyland. He likes his privacy in the peaceful Peppermint Forest and Peppermint Village, where he permanently resides. Every so often he will peek out of the outer parts of the snowy forest cliffs, where he can look at creatures and people passing nearby, but he is rarely seen with others, unless they are of the forest.
However, although bashful and introverted, he has a massive loving heart, and is almost mime-ish in nature, with no inkling of aggression inside him. He can be frightened easily, but Lord Licorice usually leaves him at be, as the forest is one of the largest regions in all of Candyland, Mr. Mint would be incredibly hard to find within it. Once Plumpy & the Kids find him deep in the forest, it takes a massive amount of convincing for Mr. Mint to come along the journey with them, and after long negotiations, he finally accepts and agrees to join them in their quest. He walks with a peppermint candy-cane, and is dressed in all pink, with red shoes and a blush red nose.
