There are many cases of different types where the only evidence is victim testimony: rapes, robberies, assaults, etc. Victim testimony is "enough" if the jury thinks it is. Remember, there were hundreds of years where there was no video recordings or DNA, and rape and robbery were still illegal and still prosecuted. The credibility of a victim, as with all witnesses, is a question for the jury.

my matt walsh theory is that he is actually secretly super unpopular and disliked among the big right wing media talking heads, but he commands a decently sized audience of the dumbest right wing plebs and he knows exactly how to appeal to them, so they keep him around. I don't follow what he does, so i could easily be full of shit here... I just always notice that Matt is everywhere all the time, but rarely collabs with anyone on anything meaningful. Right wing media talks about his content, but only in short little plugs. like obligatory promo moments. They all talk about how funny he is and how great his content is, but again... only in quick superficial mentions and never with much collaboration. He just FEELS like he might be a secret pariah.
