For the people who don't know, this actually a cover. The original was performed by The Primitives in 1988. It became popular after it appeared in the movie dumb and dumber in 1995. A special remix known as the 95 mix was made for the movie. This cover by Matt Willis seems to be based on the 95 mix from dumb and dumber.
