I went to Dave and Busters yesterday and played the Kung Fu Panda machine a bunch of times. I won the 1000 ticket jackpot three times in a row, which made the machine angry and raised the dumpling level to 35, eventually also not letting me advance to the dumpling stage at all. I ended up winning a bunch of jackpots that day, amassing about 19,000 tickets and I snagged an ICEE slushee machine.

Matt, FYI for bop-it the flick it thingy needs to stop bouncing around! When the game went into the next phase it was going to say the next thing but the flick it thingy was still moving and that’s what caused the sensor to trigger and end the game! I’ve been an arcade technician at my local arcade for 6 months now! Games with sensors in them tend to break down the most for us (usually Bay-Tek games like sink it & quick drop). This bop-it game and how it was designed is absolutely terrible. 😞

Hey Matt, Isaiah here again, I just finished watching this video and I totally agree with you, they should make The Price Is Right theme of Big Bass Wheel, how they should do it is they should keep it just like it is on the show where they have 5 cents to a dollar, but for tickets, so say that you land on the dollar then you get 100 tickets, and then you get a bonus spin where if you land on the 5 or 15 you get 500 tickets, but if you land on the dollar you get 1000 tickets.

So on the Meta Quest 3, there’s a game called Arcade Legend, where you build your own arcade, and it has all the classics. Quick Drop, Big Bass Wheel, etc. I still can’t win the jackpot on quick drop virtually, so I would say it’s pretty true to form for me.

I really dont know how bop it arcade made it out of production. Notice how you always lose on flick it? Its because it double registers when it flicks back. You need to basically just push the stick gently to have any chance... The game needs a simple update to prevent jt registering in the next .5 seconds and alwahs switching to a different combination
