I would go with the rosets.. Like you said it's more traditional but it will also help you a bit mentally because for you it means more "competition day" He looks amazing als always.. Just be as relaxed as possible on competition day, really hit the letters very precise, keep breathing and most of all HAVE FUN!!. Just enjoy the moment and you'll be more than fine! Good luck 🤞

@Belinda Barham They are so wonderful for PTSD. They've helped many a returning Veteran. My mountain rescue team all suffer from PTSD, they are all Canadian Military Veterans. But they still want to contribute to society. So they've volunteered their time and trained with me for 6 intensive weeks. They've rescued 16 people in Banff National Park this past summer. @Belinda Barham My Mountain team does for sure, and my Ontario team does as well when necessary. My Ontario team this past summer brought back safe 12 people, and brought 1 home to his family for burial. He had a massive heart attack before we got to him, but we did recover him for his family. So that the family can grieve and then begin to heal. You never get over the loss of the loved ones, but you can heal, remember them with Joy, and remember them with Love. There is no limitation on what you can potentially achieve, except for the limitation you choose to impose on your own imagination. Running plait or competition plaits. Reason being that Emporio seems to be a bit high strung in the arena. I.e. very easy to go stiff and stressed. Changing too much on competition day will lead to him possibly being more prone to being stiff, especially since it will already be a high stress environment. I think he'd be in a better headspace with more familiar feelings, such as the feeling of the running plait. But, you are correct that you do the running plait all the time, so it would also be good for your headspace to change it up a bit, i.e. competition plaits.
