I just started this book and I absolutely hate it. Only on day 4 of the morning pages and it’s driving me crazy. Seems like an absurd waste of time, particularly because I already do a guided journal/planner and meditate every morning. I’m trying to stick it out with this book + program for the prospect of the alleged benefits, but It seems like a pile of bull dook to me. Thinking it might not be for me… I also don’t exactly feel “blocked” creatively, I only got it in an effort to make any possible gains and hopefully resurrect some of the expressive care-free creativity I had as a young teen. Would you care to share more on how it “unblocked” you personally?
