CU holds the tie-breaker against ISU. So, they only need BYU or ASU to lose to make the playoff. The problem is, both Houston and Arizona have nothing to play for except pride. Neither team is going to a bowl, so they're playing strictly for pride. And both BYU and ASU have a strong incentive to win. So, while there's a chance, it's a slim one.

It does not matter if ASU & ISU both win, CU still gets in with a BYU loss. Thats the best scenario for CU. The other way is for ASU & ISU to both lose.
