Hey there. i had no official proof of being able to fly a drone in Namibia. i tried to find out whether i needed it or not but couldnt find anything. seems you can prety much fly it anywhere you want (there's a few places like Etosha where its not allowed or a few places where you ask permission w hen you're there. but signs are around) no one questioned either my drone or my use of a drone. so should be no problem at all
