From Sharm El Sheikh to Dahab villages // Journey to Egypt -
The journey to Egypt continues on the Sinai Peninsula. First stop Sharm El Sheikh with its fantastic sea and cheap luxury resorts. Not wanting to end this way, I decided to go down the coast to Dahab, the most important Egyptian city in the Sinai peninsula. I used it more than anything else as a strategic base, to visit the Blue Hole, one of the best places in the world for snorkeling and diving, then I moved further south to a village without water and electricity, Ras Abu Galum. Located in the desert, in a protected area, I have enjoyed (practically alone) the most beautiful coral reef I have ever seen, unique desert landscapes and paradisiacal blue lagoons.
