Roofs are expensive anywhere anymore. I have a veteran widow whose insurance company is giving her an absolute hard time with the type, time, and tempo of when it should be done. I keep praying for her. She's taking a loan out for this. It's absolutely a shame people are having to consider new jobs (plural) for something that used to be affordable.

How do you frame something that seems entirely negative and destructive, confusing and impossible to understand like your parent having dementia as god? I’m having a very difficult time doing that, so much so it feels like negative entities or attachments, or his own negative thought forms manifest as having his memory wiped. I don’t know how to frame any of it as god. It feels very icky to see someone you love having their memory wiped away and deleted.

Yeah . . . That's a tough scenario. I can only suggest praying and asking God to help you see all of this through Divine Eyes. Then just wait and trust that you will see it through eyes of love and healing, instead of through eyes of pain and sadness. ~MM
