I have a daubt that mam says in topic (how does evaporation causes cooling) that liquid get converted into gas by absorbing energy in the form of latent heat of vaporization they absorb energy from the surrounding that cause our surrounding get cool .my question is that if water absorb energy and convert into gas then acquired energy remain in gas and mix with air .so should be no change surrounding temperature.
