It takes someone with a pure heart to do what Kambili did for Bruno. How many women will do what Kambili did? Not many. I think part of the reason she made that decision is that cheating boyfriend of hers. He's no good and will only hurt her. So she took a chance with Bruno, and magic happens. I really admire their love. I also don't blame Bruno's girlfriend leaving him. She's been with him for a while during his illness, and it has taken a toll in the relationship. It feels like she is a carer and not a lover.

Extraordinary film, cast, story, production and directing! Some of my fav artists made it so touching and interesting! Teniola was superb in character, loved her passion for the role! Maurice is such a talented young man, excellent in his role. They had such cute couple chemistry! Thelma is always amazing in her role, well done! Moc is such a diverse artist, great character interpretation of a Dr and a womanizing cheat, well played! Joy, Pascaline, Edeh were great in character, well done. Vera was walking wahala. My Mom use to tell me anything broken like a heart ❤ is the perfect opportunity for the light to get in. Matters of the Heart made me think of what mommy and one of my fave poets Ernest Hemingway said about the heart and the light. Maurice is a genius, young, gifted, and black and he has proven through his passion and dedication to the craft of acting that there is indeed no substitute for hard work. I believed he was a heart patient through and through from the weakness in his walk to the positive, courageous, flirtatious, upbeat, holistic personality viewed through the lens of the physically and somewhat emotionally fragile soul he portrayed. Maurice's interpretation and embodiment of a heart ❤ patient and heartbreak 💔 was like no other. Respect ❤
