Here is a 100k team with a legend! 4-3-1-2 formation GK: De Gea LCB: Chiellieni RCB: Marcos Rojo RB: Walker LB: Evra RCM: Cesc Fabregas LCM: Marchisio CM: Juan Mata (will be on 7 chemistry) CAM: Cerci (AC Milan version) RS: Giovinco (Juventus version) LS: Fillipo Inzaghi In my opinion, Giovinco and Inzaghi make a deadly partnership, as they both fill up what the other one misses. Giovinco his pace and swiftness makes up with the slower (85 pace and somewhere around 80 acceleration) Inzaghi. Giovinco can finish, but I prefer to take shots with Inzaghi, who is a very good shot taker with 82 shooting, 94 finishing(!) and somewhere around 85 long shots. Inzaghi is not the best striker you can get for 70k, but he is a very fun striker who can sometimes really suprise you with his style of play.

Probably abit true but dont forget, on the ps4 it runs in 1080p and on XBone it is 1080i (720p stretched to 1080) But there isnt alot of noticeable difference unless you play online matches.. Maybe the Xbox live is a bit faster than PSN.

i dunno, i've always thought the xbox was a lot slower this year than the ps4. Also different game modes have different game speeds like kick off and ultimate team have different game speeds.
